Suzuki workers, engineers and rest of the staff have received training in Japan and in Egypt in modern automotive industry. Japanese experts are being assigned to participate with Suzuki engineers and workers for technical assistance in manufacturing and assembling Suzuki vehicles.

Transportation is provided for the workers to the factory in the Sixth of October City. The company has also provided their housing in the Sixth of October City for their comfort and stability. In addition, it provides hot meals, special uniforms and medical care for them. Also, it supports social entertainment and cultural care for all levels of the administration.

The company sells its products inside and outside Egypt through its authorized distributors, private and public sector companies and government entities.

The company imports CKD parts from Japan. These parts are assembled in the factory, while from 45%  to 60% of the total components are produced locally according to the standard specifications of Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan; such as tires, leaf springs, coil springs, glass, floor mats, paints, all kinds of oil and grease, some chemicals used in welding and painting.
